Acquired as a Quality Inn. Sky led full conversion to Spark by Hilton: new guest rooms, corridors, exterior treatment, signage, and complete infrastructure replacement (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety). Reopened May 2024 capturing Hilton Honors demand the previous flag could not access.

Ramada by Wyndham — Merced, CA

Former Motel 6 fully repositioned to a Ramada by Wyndham following a comprehensive renovation. Now captures UC Merced visitor demand, Central Valley agriculture, and Highway 99 transient travel under Wyndham Rewards distribution.

Fairfield Inn & Suites — Atascadero / Paso Robles, CA

Comprehensive renovation and grand reopening of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Atascadero — repositioned to capture Paso Robles wine country and Central Coast travel under Marriott Bonvoy.

Inelle Hotel — Tribute Portfolio by Marriott · Oakhurst, CA

Closed for two years and rebuilt to a standard Marriott now classifies as new construction. Architecture, interiors, F&B, landscaping, and brand identity reconceived together — reopened Sep 2024 as the only Tribute Portfolio in the Yosemite southern gateway.
