Inelle Hotel — Tribute Portfolio by Marriott

Closed for two years and rebuilt to a standard Marriott now classifies as new construction, The Inelle reopened in September 2024 as the only Tribute Portfolio property serving Yosemite's southern entrance.

Every guest room, corridor, and back-of-house system was taken down to the studs. Architecture, interiors, food and beverage, landscaping, and brand identity were reconceived together — the goal was an independent-feeling hotel that draws design language from the Sierra foothills while operating to Marriott's full Tribute standard.

Today the property anchors an underserved luxury segment in the gateway market, capturing destination leisure, weddings, and small group business that previously bypassed Oakhurst entirely.
