Sky Hotels Acquires Holiday Inn Phoenix – Ocotillo Chandler

Sky Hotels Inc. has closed on the acquisition of the Holiday Inn Phoenix – Ocotillo Chandler, located at 1200 W Ocotillo Rd in Chandler, Arizona.

The full-service IHG asset anchors the Chandler corridor with multi-room flexible meeting and event space, an outdoor pool, a full-service restaurant, and direct access to East Valley corporate demand including the Intel Chandler campus.

"Chandler is one of the strongest East Valley submarkets in the country," said a representative from Sky Hotels Inc. "We bought a full-service asset with the operating leverage to perform across rooms, F&B, group, and catering — and we'll run it as a single P&L, with the discipline ownership expects."

The hotel is operating under Sky Hotels' management as of December 2025.
